Problems agp440.sys and mup.sys in windows-xp

Billing server won’t run this mornin’.. hiks
SYMPTOMS: If I try to restart billing computer in Safe mode, the PC may stop responding (hang) when Windows XP tries to load the agp440.sys service. and rebooting..
and I be prompted to use the Last Known Good configuration. When I do so, my computer may stop responding (hang) then rebooting again… beuhh..
